NetMedic Tech Solutions provides technology support services including WiFi optimisation, network installation, load shedding solutions, and web deployment. All services are subject to a site assessment prior to commencement of work.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a partial call-out fee.
NetMedic warrants all completed work for 7 days from the date of service. This covers defects directly resulting from our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by third parties, power surges, or ISP-related issues.
NetMedic's liability is limited to the value of the service rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery or equipment failure beyond our control.
All websites and digital assets developed by NetMedic remain the property of the client upon full payment. NetMedic retains the right to display completed work as portfolio references unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
